I remember, on our podcast Mafia Talk Radio, me and my father-in-law Frank DiMatteo discussed the fact that every mafia family has made it a common thing to turn coat. It pissed me off, and I was not even close to the life. It was his opinion that although there has always been rats, a serious epidemic started once they passed the RICO act.
